You can edit your account details at any time.

To do so, you have to:

  1. Access your account here
  2. Click on "Your account details" in the side menu.

You can quickly recover your password by clicking here, and then follow the instructions that appear on the screen. You will receive an email to confirm you want to recover your password.

  1. The first step to placing an order is to create an account. You can do this by clicking here.
  2. Once you have created your account, find the product you are looking for and click.
  3. When you are on the item page, you must select the size and quantity you want to order and then click on "Add to cart".
  4. When you have finished adding all the items to the cart, click on "Cart" in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  5. Review the details of your order and click on "Advance with the order".
  6. Review all of your order and click on "Confirm Order".
  7. Enter the delivery details (Click here to see all the available delivery methods)
  8. Select the payment method you want (click here to see all the available payment methods).
  9. Read, accept the terms and conditions and click on "Finalise Order".
  10. You will receive an email with a summary of your order along with information about how to follow your order.

Within 30 minutes of paying for your order, you will get an email confirming the order has been paid. You can always consult the status of your order by accessing the "My Account" menu and clicking on "Orders". All confirmed orders are marked with the status "Confirmed".

Except in very rare cases of a computer error, all the items that are available for sale in the online store are in stock. In very rare situations, when we are sending an item, if we see that it has any defect, there may not be any more to send. In any of these cases, our Customer Support team will contact you so we can refund the amount.

Once your order has been shipped, you get an email with the track and trace code for the order along with instructions on how to follow the shipping on the transporter's site. You can also follow your order at any time by accessing the "My Account" menu, click on "Follow Shipping" and select the order you want to follow.

If you ever receive an item with any factory defects for any reason, you should contact our Customer Support as soon as possible by email contact@deeply.com. You should give your name, preferred telephone contact number, the order number and a description of the situation. You should ideally include a photograph of the item.

After placing the order, you can only change the details of the delivery address if the items have not yet been shipped. In this case, you should immediately contact our Customer Support by email contact@deeply.com including the order number that you want to change the address for.

You can only cancel orders that have not been shipped. In this case, you should immediately contact our Customer Support by email contact@deeply.com or through the "Orders" menu in your account and give the order number that you want to cancel so we can either exchange it or refund the amount. The customer must pay for the returns.

As soon as we receive your order at our warehouse, you should receive the refund within 5 business days, depending on the payment method you selected. Please remember that your bank can take up to 2 days to process bank transfers.

The security of your details is of extreme importance for us and that is why the data collection is done using the most advanced encryption systems (SSL). We only accept SET (Secure Electronic Trading) transactions for VISA and MasterCard payments.

The Card Verification Value (CVV), Card Verification Code (CVC) or Card Identification Code (CID) is a three-digit number on VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® cards. It is a 4-digit number on American Express cards. These numbers let the online store ensue an added level of security in your transaction.

You can define the address where you want your order to be delivered when you finalise the order. You can give another address, such as your work address, or the address of the person you want to offer the order to.

First of all, you can check the status of your order by accessing the "My Account" menu and clicking on "Orders". If your order has been shipped, you can see where it is by clicking on Follow Shipping. If, for some reason, you believe there may be an error with your order, contact us by email contact@deeply.com and give the order number.

As soon as your order is received at our warehouse, we confirm reception and refund the amount in about 5 business days. Please remember that some means of payment, such as bank transfer, may take some time to be processed by the bank.

If you have a discount coupon, you can use it when you are on the order confirmation page. If the coupon you have is because of an exchange, click here to know more about your coupon.

All Deeply items have a 2-year guarantee as of the date you receive your order. If you have any problem with your item during this period, contact our Customer Support by email contact@deeply.com. Please give the order number in the email.

VAT is included in the item price at the 23% rate.

All orders are taxed at the 23% rate in force in Portugal.
