At Home

The order is sent to the billing address in our database. If you are not at home, the distributor will contact you to reschedule the delivery. Three delivery attempts are made. If you cannot be contacted, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. 

Another address of your choice

We deliver your order wherever it is easiest and most convenient for you (the office, holiday home, etc.). You just have to say what delivery address you want when you finalise your order. Note: always check that the address you entered is correct so as to ensure high-quality service. There is no added charge to send the order to another address.

After receiving the email confirming shipping of the order, you can follow it on My Account/Follow Order

Express Service - Home Deliveries in 5 business days

 

The order is delivered to the address of your choice. If you are not at the address you gave, a notification will be left in your letterbox saying how you can pick up the order at the nearest post office to your address. Your order will be kept at the post office for a maximum of 10 days. Remember to bring your ID document (ID Card or citizen's card). If someone else is going to pick up your order, they must have a photocopy of your ID document.
