We share a common love for the sea and respect for the environment. It is always within or by the sea that we find inspiration or where
we escape to. We are set on providing the European cold water surfers with sustainable products: fit for purpose and designed to last.

We are committed to developing our activity in a conscientious manner, therefore establishing sustainability policies across all areas of impact.
At our headquarters all waste is separated and recycled. But we are also looking to reduce waste produced: there are no
disposable plastic containers for beverages at the office.
Furthermore, we strive to produce a range of products with organic cotton, recycled fabrics, limestone and yulex neoprene.
We aim to design the best possible products fitted to the needs of consumers. In doing so, we hope it will be
better cared for, lasting longer. We also make a deep effort in having a low CFCs
rate by making 80% of our production of lifestyle collection in Portugal.

We always have in mind to make small production series, avoiding stocks. In our product developments the sourcing for
stock left overs of fabrics is always a crucial step so we can give a contribution to wastage reduction in textile industry.
RECYCLED POLYESTER A wide selection of our board shorts are made
with fabrics knitted with polyester yarn
made from recycled plastic bottles certified
by Global Recycled Standard (GRS) 4.0. This helps
reduce waste and material consumption at the same time.

ORGANIC COTTON

Organic cotton farming does not use pesticides, genetically modified organism seeds or chemical fertilizers, which end up in our water systems, food, animals and, ultimately, in our bodies. It preserves biodiversity, restores and builds up the soil and saves a lot of water. We always make effort to have at least 20% of our lifestyle collection in organic cotton and we plan to have a solid increase in each season to achieve a compliance of at least 80% of the cotton we used to be organic.

ECO FRIENDLY WETSUITS

Before designing each wetsuit, Deeply designers always consider how to make it as eco-friendly
as possible, always striving to achieve a lasting product.

LIMESTONE NEOPRENE We use earth mined limestone to replace
petrochemicals in our neoprene.
It Comes from nature and has less
environmental impact.

ECO CARBON BLACK

Carbon Black, one of the key ingredients, is now pyrolyzed from scrap rubber tires. This significantly reduces energy consumption and cuts CO2 emission by 200g per suit.

CO2 Emission Declined

NEOPRENE RECYCLING PROCESS

Our suplier recycle as much neoprene production waste as possible and turn them into qualified products, thus minimizing the waste that goes to landfills.
