To return an item, you must ensure the item meets the following conditions:
- it was purchased less than 30 days ago;
- it was not used, and is in its original conditions.
- wetsuits must be folded so as to avoid wrinkles and returned in the original box;
- it is returned with original receipt or copy.
You will have to access your account here and provide your email and password.
- click on “My Account” and then on the side menu on “Return Orders”;
- on the Orders menu, click on the number of the order you wish to return.
- use the form to fill in the information regarding your return and, upon confirmation, you will receive an email with its summary.
Refunds are done in the same payment method used for the original order.
Shipping fees charged in the original order shall only be returned in case of return of full order.
Returns costs are responsibility of the customer.
Some countries are covered by the Return of Refund Costs - PayPal service. In this case, returns are also free for purchases made through PayPal under one of its special offer campaigns. You can see the conditions of this campaign at https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns/general-conditions). In the case of orders with another payment method, the customer must pay for the returns.
Note: if there is any irregularity in the items received at our warehouse, our Customer Service team will contact you.
Once we receive your order at our warehouse and confirm it meets the return conditions, you should receive your refund up to 5 business days, depending on the payment method you used.
Please bear in mind your bank can take up to 2 business days to process bank transfers.
